Prom Day Photo Opportunity at Royal Roads
Royal Roads will be available for photos between 1 pm and 4 pm.
The Belmont Grad Class 2013 group photo will be at 3 pm.
Please try to be early as traffic will be very congested.
**Please park at P3 Visitor Parking down University Drive in front of the gardens.**

Calling all Prom & SafeGrad Volunteers !!
At this time we are requesting any parents of students in Belmont Secondary School to come forward to make this amazing evening come to life. We welcome parents of grades 9 through to grade 12 as this event requires at least 100 volunteers from the set-up through to tear-down. We will need volunteers from 8 am on Saturday June 15th through to 8 am Sunday June 16th. We have a variety of jobs from set-up, chaperons, casino ,coat check, clothing exchange, bowling supervisors, activity supervisors and tear-down.
If there is a specific area that you would like to work in please notify the volunteer coordinator's Elisa Linuzzi and Anne MacDonald at belmontpromvolunteers@gmail.com
Please state the time you are available. They will be compiling the list, times, jobs and all information. Please be patient as they will be receiving hundreds of emails. If you have not received a reply withing one weeks stating confirmation please email again, we do not want to miss anyone and with this volume that is a concern. Their will be food for all the volunteers and we are looking forward to seeing you.

Fundraising: Clothing Donations
The Belmont Prom Committee is gathering bags of clothing to fundraise for Belmont Prom 2013. We hope to gather 400 bags of clothes for Big Brothers & Sisters Victoria. If you have a bag of washed clothes to donate, please bring the bag of clothing to the main office. Belmont receives funds for each bag of clothing donated.Thank you for supporting Belmont Prom 2013.
UPDATE: on Saturday, June 1st the Big Brothers & Sisters truck will be in the Canadian Tire parking lot. Bring your bagged clothing mentioning "Belmont Prom" to donate !

Prom/SafeGrad Tickets
Grade 12 Grads: are you getting ready for Belmont Prom 2013? You will need a ticket!Prom/SafeGrad: June 15 to 16th (5 pm to 5 am).
Prom/SafeGrad tickets go on sale starting on Monday, April 15th until Friday, May 10th!
Tickets are $75 each.
Prom tickets include all Prom and all SafeGrad activities, including food and beverages.
To buy a ticket, students must have a parent consent form filled out and handed in to the office.
Grads may bring one guest providing a parent provides consent for the guest to attend. Parents must provide a signature on a guest form for your guest to attend and parents will be contacted to confirm consent for the guest.
Once a student decides to leave the Prom or SafeGrad event, s/he may not return. It's best to plan to stay from 5 pm to 5 am! It will be one of the BEST NIGHTS EVER!!!

Prom Ticket Design Contest
The winning design will be used as the prom ticket design for 2013. The winner will receive 2 Prom Tickets!
Ticket size: must be 2.5 inches by 5 inches.
Ticket must include the following information:
- Belmont Prom 2013
- June 15-16th
- 5 pm to 5 am
- At City Centre Park
- Dinner, Dance and Safe Grad
Contest deadline: Friday, April 5th.
Ticket contest judging will be done by Prom Committee on April 8th.

Family Day Pancake Breakfast Grad 2013 Volunteers

| The Belmont Winter Formal Dance 2013 will be on Thursday, February 21st, 2013. Doors open at 6:30 pm. The evening starts with a meal followed by a dance. Tickets are $35. Purchase from the main office. Ends at 10 pm. (Winter Formal is for grade 12 students only.) |
